Tulsa Police Department - Our Protectors
The Tulsa police department has done a fine job keeping Tulsa free from crime.. I do not know the total history of the police force in Tulsa but I do know that Tulsa has always had a low crime rate.. back in the early 90's when I was going to school I remember hearing that Tulsa was one of the safest places in the US.
If you have kids then you will be happy to know that the tulsa police department keeps very good track of criminals.. especially the creepy ones.
The Tulsa police website has a wonderful tool that allows you to put in a zip code and it will tell you the names and addresses of all sex offenders in that area.
I just tried it out by typing in the zip code 74132.. it brough up three names along with their addresses. I clicked on one of the names and it brought up an entire profile of the perp along with a photo..
Wow!
I can see how this could be extremely helpful to me as a parent of 3 children.
Anyway.. I just thought you might like to know that our police department is top notch.
